Rimane il bel ricordo di Graz, città attraente e viva, dove anche una modesta birra sembra una bevuta da capogiro !

Questo vinello è un gentile regalo della coppia, ormai di astemi, Marco e Emanuela...due loschi figuri con cui, prima della nascita di Sofia, si riuscivano ad organizzare spaventose bicchierate e non.
Scherzi a parte, da circa un anno era in cantina e, visto che le guide non lo dichiarano vino da invecchiamento, ho deciso di sturarlo.
Il Tabano, esino rosso, è un doc, montepulciano 100%, in quest'annata raggiunge i 14 gradi, è coltivato su un terreno argilloso che da' una resa di 55q per ettaro.
La sua vinificazione comincia con con la macerazione con le bucce per 15/18 giorni per finire con un anno di barriques.



Colore rubino tendente al viola, forse la foto non rende, ma siamo su queste tonalità.
Al naso frutta rossa, qualche nota balsamica e un po' di spezie confuse.
Corto eccessivamente in bocca.

Un buon vinello che non posso giudicare nel rapporto q/p poichè mi è was given, but that you have good wine scene in the Marche.

Cat Hydronephrosis Of The Kidney

A Thai dish ...

This recipe, which is perhaps wrong to call Thailand is imported.

Il petto di pollo va tagliato a piccoli pezzi, non piccolissimi ed anch’esso depositato in un piatto .
Si comincia mettendo sul fuoco olio, scalogno( o cipolla...) e peperoncino, la cui quantità è in base ai gusti.
La cottura vive principalmente di tre fasi: la cottura delle verdure, la cottura della carne e l’aggiunta di riso e germogli di soia.
La padella dev’essere bella grande…questa è la prima fase di cottura : stanno cuocendo le verdure.


A seguire… verdure da una parte e il resto dall’altra.



Quando anche la carne è ad un buon punto di cottura,si mescola il tutto e si crea uno spazietto sulla padella per "strapazzare" le due uova che poi vengono mescolate al resto.
Ovviamente in un tegame a parte si cuoce, poco, il riso che verrà scolato non del tutto.
La salsa si aggiunge all’ultimo quando si "buttano in mezzo" i germogli di soia che vanno depositati subito dopo l'uovo, poichè richiedono un modesto tempo di cottura per "appassire" per benino.
Si continua a versare la salsa anche quando si "gira" il riso nella padella.
Sul quantitativo della stessa non so dirvi con precisione, ma vi assicuro che dopo due o tre volte che fate questa ricetta, saprete regolarvi benissimo.

Ingredients for two:
2 zucchini, 2 carrots
;
a large sausage, 2 eggs
;
2 hg. basmati rice;
a slice of chicken breast;
70 gr. of soybeans;
a bit 'of sweet soy sauce.

This is a typical, commercial, sweet soy sauce.
