Afghanistan: 4 militari italiani feriti e un quinto morto
A soldier of International Security Assistance Force, ISAF, placed under NATO command, died today in Afghanistan. This is the lieutenant of the Italian military Massimo Ranzani in the Asian country. Ranzano died in the explosion that hit an armored vehicle near Shindand Lynx. The officer, a native of Ferrara, was on duty in the Army since 1999 and was on his second mission outside the box. Other four Italian soldiers were seriously injured, involved in the explosion. All were members of the 5th Regiment of Alpine Sterzing. This is the crew of an armored vehicle that was part of a column of military vehicles, 13 in all including an ambulance, which was part of an activity Medcap jointly with Afghan forces. It is a medical assistance operation to the local population. At this time nothing has served the electronic bollard, which prevents activation of a bomb at a distance, of which half was provided. The survivors of the attack were transported to the military hospital, Role 2, the base of Shaft Shindand, the headquarters of Task Force Centre. They are all in serious condition although they are not life threatening. From 2001 to date 2348 foreign troops killed in Afghanistan. Since the beginning of 2011, 66 soldiers have died, 34 of them by February 1. Four in one day today. International coalition of military who have died in the country of poppies killed by Taliban insurgents. A cause of death are ever more IEDs, improvised explosive devices. It is rudimentary and handmade explosives produced by the same rebels Afghans. Weapon, that despite the significant progress accomplished by ISAF to counter the threat, has become the favorite weapon of the Taliban, which place them along the paths traveled by the patrol and roads traveled by military convoys. And every day there are victims, 35 of the 66 soldiers killed since the beginning of ISAF were killed by IEDs. However, 30 percent of cases also affects civilians. Innocent victims of a war fought under conditions of low security. The proof and the long list of casualties among the soldiers of the international coalition intervened in Afghanistan since October 2001. A list that includes the dead Italians in Afghanistan. With the death today of Lieutenant of the Alpine increases to 37 the number of Italian soldiers killed in Afghanistan since the mission in 2004. Three of them were killed in the last 59 days. On the eve of New Year's Eve last year, December 31, 2010, is 'touched' the corporal Matteo Miotto. The military, under the Seventh Regiment Alpini Belluno, was killed by a sniper while he was under guard in the Snow in Gulistan. In fact, Miotto was the last foreign military to be killed in Afghanistan in 2010. On January 18, then, is 'touched' the corporal, Luca Sanna, Eighth Regiment Rifleman Alps. Sanna tradiemento was killed by an Afghan soldier in a forward base near Bala Murgab in the west Asia. Today, then, 'touched' a lieutenant Massimo Ranzani and tomorrow who knows who 'touch. It 'no use pretending the withdrawal of Italian troops from Afghan soil there will be other deaths, other deaths, other young lives cut, other families who mourn the mourning ritual of condolence and other other state funeral. A ritual that was repeated up to 36 times so far and will be repeated this time 37th. In Italy, on hearing the news of Shindand, in Afghanistan, made against the Italian contingent engaged in the international ISAF mission, immediately they left the chorus of condolences and controversy. Of course, my condolences are circumstantial and are political polemics. While instead, you should only raise a unanimous chorus: "This is enough, winding up the price in blood paid by Italian soldiers in Afghanistan." Once again there has been a duet Berlusconi - La Russa. The Prime Minister, Silvio Berlusconi is still a wild time wondered if this sacrifice servant. "It 's an ordeal, we wonder whether we are making efforts for democracy in that distant country they are going to port," said Berlusconi. Immediate comment from the Minister of Defense Ignazio La Russa coem to want to balance the claims of the head of government. "In Afghanistan, our line does not change the face of a sad event. The choices you make whatever by taking some account of this sacrifice that these choices imply, "said the minister adding that:" I bow to the memory of this boy to be added to a list painfully too long. A list that we can not and do not want to forget. " In connection with the death of the hold of the Alpine prosecutor of Rome has opened a file. In the process, coordinated by the deputy prosecutor Pietro Saviotti and given to prosecutors Giancarlo Amato and Franscesco Scavo assumed the crime of attack with the purpose of terrorism and subversion.

Call Trainer FIGC 2010-2011
What more we find it difficult to understand, although it is clear will of the Technical Sector to be able to decide independently, without wanting to make it accountable to our profession and our association is the logic behind the provision: it would seem obvious that those skills to a profession should at least protect those who are qualified, however, we see that is just the opposite. How can it be registered or contracted to a trainer that federal law ( art. 27 paragraph 1 of the Regulations of the Technical Sector ) can not perform the physical and athletic preparation of players of any age of football clubs in each category, if not already qualified and classified the technical field of the same? It would seem that not only do not want to intervene in irregular situations, but rather the opposite is sought. Moreover, without pointing any way to facilitate the inclusion of those who are already the technical sector that has enabled. To say nothing of equal opportunities: why a graduate in Sports Science that should already have such jobs without work, is not even given the opportunity to obtain a license to gamble then his chances in the "free market"?

from Libya is being a real flight of foreigners. It's a race against time before the situation even more precise and which involves the international community to take out of the country on fire thousands of compatriots caught by the popular uprising against the regime of Gaddafi. An evacuation in progress by any means especially aircraft and ships, civilian and military. Although every country has organized itself with means, the evacuation is almost collegial in the sense that, in order to take them away from all Libya as soon as possible and with less damage, no distinction is made in the country membership. In the African country are tens of thousands of foreign nationals who are there for various reasons. Of these at least 3,600 are European. The EU is concerned about the fact that they may become hostages to the Libyan regime to collapse now. Mostly it is workers who were in the African country on behalf of foreign companies. In large part, after the outbreak of the popular revolution against the Libyan regime of Gaddafi, they were pretty much left 'free' by their companies. Free to do what? Without help, without good support in place, most of them she found herself being tossed around left and right without knowing what to do and where to go. Overwhelmed by the pressure of events, that after ten days of riots, which began on February 20 last year, is making a record of harsh repression by the regime. A brutal and bloody repression of the regime in Tripoli which is claiming thousands of victims. Fortunately, some companies have provided assistance to their employees by starting the evacuation. One of these is the Brazilian construction company 'Odebrecht', one of the largest construction companies in Latin America, which has in the African country has more than 3 thousand employees of different nationalities, of whom almost 200 are Brazilian. The company said it still have 2,749 employees in Libya of various nationalities. Faced with this emergency a number of countries have been alerted and they promptly avviato le procedure di rimpatrio dei propri connazionali rimasti bloccati in Libia. Nel frattempo, dalla Gran Bretagna è stato inviato a Tripoli un C-130 Hercules della Royal Air Force che ha evacuato oltre 50 cittadini britannici that have been added to the 200 who were evacuated from the Benghazi military ship which then Cumberland, now joined the British Navy destroyer York. Greece also sent to Libya three of his Greek Air Force C-130. The three planes have returned more than 200 of about 400 Greek nationals who were in Libya. The Ministry of Defence greek also sent off the Libyan coast, the Frigate Psara to serve as back up to the evacuation. From Germany, to evacuate its citizens are, two frigates and a ship set sail for tactical support. While the airline company Lufthansa, which has suspended all flights to Tripoli, reported to have evacuated from the African country in recent days at least 700 people. A French military plane with 165 foreign nationals on board, including 152 in France, is instead landed in Paris yesterday. In France at least 500 have returned so far in France. A military plane sent from Tripoli to the Netherlands but has managed to evacuate 42 foreigners, including 9 in the Netherlands. Turkey has however, announced that it has repatriated from Libya on fire 25 thousand thousands of Turks in the African country. Among them there were also hundreds of third-country nationals. Even China has offered to evacuate citizens. Yesterday, two Chinese commercial ships in the evacuation of thousands of Chinese citizens from Libya, about 4,500 of 15 thousand in the African country, have also embarked dozens of Europeans among them a score of Greek. On board the two vessels were evacuated as well as some citizens Thai, Sri Lankan, Italian and Romanian. Towards the coast of Libya is also directing a South Korean warship temporarily detached from the anti-mission maritime piracy in the sea off the coast of Somalia. Among the countries heavily involved in the evacuation of their nationals in Libya there is, in fact, even South Korea The Asian country this morning in Tripoli has also sent three charter flights can carry 700 people. An operation that should allow this to repatriate most of the 1,500 South Koreans found in the former Italian colony to 575 by reducing their presence in Libya. A former Italian colony also evacuated 339 citizens of Russia back to Moscow aboard three planes. While the U.S. sent a ship to evacuate American citizens in the port of Tripoli is blocked because of bad weather that keeps it from sailing. On board there are 118 of about 650 U.S. citizens in the African country. On board with them, however, even a hundred other foreign nationals. There are about 200 Canadians repatriated from Libya so far. Their escape was made possible by the availability offered by Britain, Spain and USA. Italy has also prepared a plan for the repatriation of their countrymen in the African country. This morning, the destroyer 'Mimbelli' and the amphibious ship 'San Giorgio' Italian Navy were anchored in the bay in front of the port Misurata in Libya. Immediately games are the evacuation at least 200 Italians. Unfortunately, in this case to slow down the operations of the adverse sea conditions. In the meantime, is preparing to set sail from the naval base at Augusta another vessel of the Italian Navy, the 'San Marco'. "The repatriation of our compatriots are proceeding smoothly. But there is a military plan to rescue in case of danger. We are prepared to any eventuality, "he said in recent days, the defense minister, Ignazio La Russa. Meanwhile, yesterday the first Italian Air Force planes have landed at the airport of Pratica di Mare, a military airport south of Rome, carrying hundreds of Italian in fuga dalla Libia. Il group is isolated and has remained with nothing, no food even after they have been assaulted and robbed.

While Libya is being fought over in the international effort to stop the bloody crackdown by the Libyan regime against the opposition. This morning, France and Britain announced that it will ask the UN Security Council that Libya is also subject to the embargo of arms and financial sanctions. Furthermore, it appears that the intent of Paris and London will be to seek the referral of the regime in Tripoli International Criminal Court for crimes against humanity in The Hague. This is the Tibunale which bases its jurisdiction and therefore the power di giudicare chi è accusato di crimini contro l'umanità, crimini di guerra e genocidio, in base allo ‘Statuto di Roma’ un accordo internazionale siglato il 17 luglio 1998 a Roma e a cui hanno aderito finora 114 Paesi. This is a special session on Libya after which the organization will have to rule on the suspension of Libya by member countries. Also expected for this afternoon a special meeting of the UN Security Council. Also this morning the Secretary General of NATO, Anders Fogh Rasmussen called for an urgent meeting of the member countries of NATO on the situation in Libya. NATO, which had hitherto kept out of the question, leaving the emergency management in Europe, is now said to be ready to act as a coordinator if the allies decide an action. Rasmussen stated that the priorities should be evacuated and possibly humanitarian assistance. While it is open to Godollo, near Budapest, the informal meeting of EU Defence Ministers. At the center of the critical situation Libyan summit and the possible evacuation of thousands of citizens who still remain in the African country. Unconfirmed estimates indicate that about 6 thousand Europeans still have left Libya. Godollo in addition to ministers, NATO Secretary-General and High Representative for EU foreign policy, Catherine Ashton. This morning the Ashton, said: "we need to adopt restrictive measures against the Libyan regime of Muammar Gaddafi to stop the bloodshed. In its today's edition of the Daily Mail published the news that one of sons of Colonel Gaddafi, Saif al Islam, he would ask a mediator to help Tony Blair. "Italy supports the option of sanctions targeted personal and property that may be proposed at European level". I said this morning the Foreign Minister, Franco Frattini, after a meeting with German counterpart, Guido Westerwelle. Italy also considers that the Human Rights Council of the United Nations should initiate an investigation under the auspices of the United Nations on the serious abuse of human rights in Libya. Faced with this emergency is also growing concern for the country's chemical arsenal africnao. Libya still has about 10 tons of mustard gas or mustard gas, in their arsenals, Carilo according to Peter, an expert on non-proliferation of the Arms Control Association. In 2003, Libya giving up its programs for weapons of mass destruction, has agreed to destroy 25 tons of mustard gas and 3,300 warheads for nuclear weapons. And the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons is monitoring the destruction. The entire stock of bombs was destroyed by bulldozers in 2004. The rest of the 10 tons of mustard gas had to be destroyed by the end of 2010, but Libya was granted an extension until May 15 this year. Tripoli has delayed the destruction arguing that the United States and Britain have not kept the promises made at the time of the agreement that led to the cancellation of Libya Colonel Gaddafi from the list of 'rogue states', for scientific cooperation and the construction of nuclear reactors to Libya. Meanwhile in the North African country, after violent clashes yesterday, is still struggling. The rebels, who for days trying to overthrow the regime of Muammar Gaddafi, have rejected the offensive Measured militias in the pay of Colonel, and would have taken control of the city. The situation is very difficult even in Tripoli and the Zawiyah. In the latter city 23 people were killed and 44 others were injured in the attack launched Tuesday by the Libyan security forces. The Libyan leader of the revolt, moreover, are sending troops for an offensive against Tripoli. According to the agency Irna, the youngest son of Libyan leader, Saif al Arab, would join the rebels and the troops would be fighting against guidance of his father in Benghazi.

http://www.un.org/News/Press/docs//2011/sc10164.doc.htm
In light of recent events in the sea of pirates is clear that the phenomenon of maritime piracy in Somalia is out of control. The situation is getting worse not only because of the difficulties encountered in eradicating the phenomenon, but also for the fact that not always possible to prosecute pirates arrested. Then, to weigh up all the fact that you are welding closely the links between piracy and terrorism. The juice of the moment that lives on the international community before the spread of the phenomenon is all concentrated in a speech last Tuesday presented by Jack Lang, 'Special Advisor' of the UN secretary-general for legal issues relating to piracy off the Somali coast. The diplomat spoke on the sidelines of a meeting with EU ambassadors in Brussels. Lang stressed that the concept is necessary to stop the feeling of impunity that encourages the pirates to become more daring and dangerous. A speech that sets its foundations that are still very, very few pirates captured and then tried and convicted in pirates and this gives a feeling of impunity that leads them to be more daring.
“Occorre inoltre puntare the capture of commanders, who are six or seven people I met, "said UN envoy. Jack Lang is the author of a report submitted on 25 January the Security Council of the UN. A document that analyzes the reasons for failure especially in the international enforcement of maritime piracy in the sea in the Horn of Africa. The report was presented at the meeting at which they discussed the options to follow to process captured pirates in the Gulf of Aden and Somali Basin. And 'this, one of the most difficult aspects in the fight against maritime piracy. The document Lang, consisting of 50 pages and is the fruit of a mission, which began last month di agosto e durata cinque mesi, in cui lo Special Advisor’ si è recato per ben due volte nel Corno D’Africa. 2010 was the year in the areas of action of pirates, there has been an increase in violence, the pirates have resorted to more use of weapons, the duration of seizures, well over 4 months, the use of new Hi Tech technologies, GPS, satellite phones, the expansion of the range, north and south, and turnover, last November has been paid a ransom of $ 9 million. In addition, there has been an increase in the number of people taken hostage. Just off the coast of Somalia have been taken hostage nearly 1,200 people in 2006 were only 188. In Lang's relationship highlighting the importance of naval forces military police present as the seas since 2008 and have made maritime traffic safer proposes to strengthen them. The diplomat proposes to focus the attention on the two semi-autonomous region of Somalia, Puntland and Somaliland. It is made of two small states of the north that has always said they were willing to fight piracy at sea. Lang proposes to give them appropriate financial resources and military to allow him to restore the rule of law. Puntland are located right in the main hideouts of pirates. The report also talks about the creation of specialized courts, while rejecting the idea of an international tribunal, which would be unsuitable, troppo costoso e lungo da realizzare come sostiene l’inviato ONU.

Cheap Highland Dancing Outfits
Pirateria marittima somala: un fenomeno ormai fuori controllo
Nell’edizione settimanale dell’Economist, uscita ad inizio del mese February, was treated the problem of piracy in Somalia. From its pages the magazine in 2010 revealed that Somali pirates have captured more than 1800 seafarers. In 2009 were 1050. These are the crews of ships seized by Somali pirates in the course of criminal conduct their activities in the sea with open-mindedness of the Horn of Africa and Indian Ocean. The magazine disclosed that half of these hostages were released after payment of a ransom. At the same time also explained that others had instead died of abuse in prison or because of poor prison conditions to which they were subjected by Somali pirates, at least eight. This is generally the same ship them to also become their prison. Many times, however, the captured ship is instead used as mother ships by Somali pirates in small boats to support assault to make boarding on the high seas. The Economist published an estimate according to which, at the end of last December, in the hands of Somali sea pirates were still being held hostage at least 760 seamen and 28 of the 49 captured ships. Men and ships kept waiting for someone to pay their ransom. E 'was estimated that in 2010, the total amount of redemptions paid into the coffers of the Somali pirates, has reached a record $ 238 million. Although this is due not only to increase the number of captured ships, but also by the figures as requested redemptions. Over the years we have moved from an average of 150 thousand dollars to ship in 2005 with U.S. $ 5-6 million in 2010. The fact that during the first 50 days of 2011, attacks on cargo have been forty, and at least a dozen have gone through, brings to estimate the number of attacks of 2010, well 219, will certainly be exceeded. In support of this prediction that Somali pirates have so far 'worked' in the bad season, the monsoon the sea impassable for the high waves that rise. Therefore, the month of March when the monsoon season ends, we expect a strong escalation of the phenomenon. Unfortunately
face this emergency of Mogadishu, the Somali authorities can do little. The weak Somali government is engaged in a struggle against the Islamic militias of the al Shabaab who day after day, wrested control of large slices of territory. A fact that prevents him from handling the fight against maritime piracy and the safety of coastal ports. This is despite the strong financial support it receives from the international community, in Italy head. All of this ultimately is beneficial to the Somali pirates who do not encounter any difficulties in organizing their attacks using the coastal villages as their bases. A fact that has transformed the Somali coast, especially that of Puntland, a modern Tortuga. Aware of this failure many countries have decided to intervene with their warships in the sea of pirates to ensure safety at sea and maritime laws. Spain, Germany, France, Italy, Denmark, Portugal, Australia, Greece, USA, Belgium, Holland, Turkey, Canada, China, Iran, South Korea, Sweden, Japan, Great Britain, India and Russia are some of these countries . Some of these ships patrol the sea pirates in the form independent of the others, but most were collected in three international missions, the anti piracy created by the Pentagon and managed by the Fifth U.S. Fleet, Combined Task Force CTF-151, the mission Atlantic Alliance 'Ocean Shield' and mission 'Atalanta' EU-led. However, despite this commitment does not take any international direct reduction of the phenomenon in fact, it weighs even more on the international community. According fact, a recent report, presented to the UN Security Council last January by Jack Lang, 'Special Advisor' of the UN secretary-general for legal issues relating to piracy off the Somali coast, sea piracy in the Indian Ocean is becoming a very serious and expensive. According to Lang the cost of piracy has reached 5 to 7 billion dollars a year, not to mention the high cost of human lives. A balance sheet on which he recorded in addition to the cost of each trip a merchant, the cost for the maintenance of the various international anti-piracy naval missions in the sea of pirates to protect it. The estimate is made of about 100 thousand dollars per day per vessel allocated to military fuel costs, food and allowances of the crew. The only EU mission Atalanta has a cost of about € 2 million per day equal to 720milioni year. Italy spends about three months of the mission of a naval unit of the Navy, about 9 million euro. The same as Lang points out in his report, are also unclear rules that prevent the international community to wipe out this scourge from the sea in the Horn of Africa. In fact, nine out of ten cases, the pirates are captured are then released. Obviously, the face of this obvious difficulty, several alternatives have been put forward tentatively for solutions. To reject all proposals for their applicability. Someone has proposed to outlaw the payment of ransoms without taking into account that this would seriously endanger the lives of the hostages. Others the presence of private armed guards on merchant ships or even arming the crews without considering that this initiative would push the Somali pirates to take action much more violent than those taken so far. Others have proposed to conduct raids against the gang of the sea that holds hostage seamen captured without taking into account that this could only jeopardize the lives of the hostages might be killed when their captors they felt in danger. What appears instead is the most suitable, the solution has always been historically used against piracy. That is to adopt exemplary punishments judged and sentenced to heavy the new pirates of the sea. A design, also strongly advocated by Lang in his report. The French diplomat talks about it, the creation of specialized courts, and rejects the idea of an international tribunal labeling them as unsuitable, expensive and too long to achieve. Meanwhile, in order to punish those responsible for acts of maritime piracy, many countries are entering the crime in their jurisdictions. After Belgium, January 5 this year it did even France.

Sagrantino di Montefalco footprint, Vignabaldo cellar. The campaign
You can 'speak in many different ways of wine. Based on the analysis
color or smell, or how it is made from the label.
In this case, if you want to speak to you the excellent label: white e con cartteri ben fatti e chiari.

I am particularly happy because, for a number of incidents very strange, I failed so far to find the Collepiano 2006, thus interrupting a verticalina that since 1999, of which I am very proud.
I know that not everyone likes the Sagrantino and many turn up their noses in front Caprai products, but I like me ... and then buy them!

Summer Day Camps Atlanta 2010
divine ...
Old loves never forget ...
I could not resist the temptation last Flaccianello.
Also because I remind everyone that the Flaccianello Fontodi of 2007, is the only Italian wine in the TopTen of the 100 best wines in the world.
The ranking compiled by the famous magazine "Wine Spectator", offers nine Italian wines in all and only one of the top ten: the Flaccianello 2007, came eighth!
Not that I give weight these pseudo-classifications, but ... but ... it's always nice.
Coupled with his older brother, I took one of the brothers.
This Syrah is one of the products Fontodi I know not.
I drank once and just did not seem too bad, indeed.
Soon I'll tell you more ...!
